Gender Strategy Training

The Gender Strategy Training will take place on 1 December 2025, from 10:00 to 13:00 CET, via Zoom. The training will focus on strengthening the understanding and implementation of gender equality strategies in research and academic environments. It will provide practical knowledge and clear guidance.
The event will feature expert speakers from the Jožef Stefan Institute (Ljubljana, Slovenia): Dr Romana Jordan and Dr Maja Remškar. They will address key topics related to gender equality in science. They will also cover the development and implementation of Gender Equality Plans (GEPs), as well as European best practices.
The ERA Chair project HIP-2D-QM and the Diversity and Gender Dimension Board, operating within the Center for Solid State Physics and New Materials, organise the event.
