As part of the HIP-2D-QM project Dr. Bojana Višić completed a one-month internship from March 15 to April 15, 2025, at the Jožef Stefan Institute (JSI) in Ljubljana, Slovenia.  The internship was hosted by Prof. Maja Remškar, Head of the Laboratory for Synthesis of Nanomaterials, and included participation in scientific lectures, weekly innovation meetings, and hands-on use of advanced instrumentation such as SEM, TEM, and DMA. The visit also coincided with the 33rd Days of Jožef Stefan, offering further insights into research-to-industry initiatives.

This was the first of ten planned internships aimed at expanding excellence and strategic networking, and it has already contributed to building collaborations and preparing future activities in gender equality and social inclusion, in coordination with JSI's Athena project.
