The workshop “Management and Implementation of Approved Projects with a Focus on Risk Management” was held on 26 March 2026 at the Institute of Physics, within the HIP-2D-QM project funded under the ERA Chair Horizon Europe programme. The session was led by Prof. Dr. Goran Stojanović.

The workshop brought together researchers and project staff to discuss practical aspects of managing research and innovation projects. The focus was on understanding how to effectively implement projects, manage risks throughout all phases, and ensure smooth coordination and reporting.

Participants also explored ways to address both expected and unexpected challenges, improve project monitoring, and strengthen the long-term sustainability of project results. The interactive format of the workshop encouraged discussion and exchange of experiences.

This event represents another important step toward building capacities for the successful preparation and implementation of EU Horizon projects.
